Institutional Research and Planning Statement of Purpose
The IRP Office serves as a centralized resource for collecting, organizing, analyzing and disseminating timely and accurate data to internal and external constituents for the purposes of compliance, institutional effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making. IRP is driven to deliver excellent customer service and to provide reporting that is unbiased and of the highest quality for informed decision-making.
Major functions/responsibilities:
IRP collects, compiles, analyzes, and reports official institutional data to ensure college compliance with most external reporting mandates.
IRP collects, compiles, analyzes, and disseminates to the campus community timely, accurate, applicable, and understandable data and information to support decision making, strategic and master planning, grant development, academic program review, and student success.
IRP facilitates administration of external and internal surveys designed to increase information about students beyond that which is collected through routine College business processes and stored in Banner.
IRP supports academic and administrative assessment processes of the college.
