Transcripts
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Educational and employment recipients usually require an official transcript be sent directly to them from GCC. Requesting a PDF transcript sent directly to the recipient is the best method to ensure the secure and timely receipt of your transcript. Transcripts issued directly to students may not be considered official.
Please be advised, if you have any active holds on your account such as Business Office, Library, Dean of Students, etc. your transcript request will not be processed until the hold is cleared.
Order an OFFICIAL transcript through myGCC – available to current students and recent graduates:
- Log in to your myGCC account. (For login help call the GCC Central Helpdesk 24 hours a day at 1-866-614-5004 — choose Option #1)
- Select My Dashboard
- Select Request Transcript under the Student Records Access menu
- Follow the instructions to place a transcript order
Order an OFFICIAL/UNOFFICIAL transcript without a myGCC account – available to any former student:
- Navigate to Transcript Ordering Services.
- Follow the instructions to place a transcript order
Note:
- All users submitting a transcript request without a myGCC account will be required to sign a consent form.
- Students who attended Genesee prior to 1995 may not have electronic records available, transcript requests for these dates may require additional processing time, please plan accordingly.
View an UNOFFICIAL transcript through myGCC – current students and recent graduates:
- Log in to your myGCC account.
- Select My Dashboard
- Select View Transcript under the Student Records Access menu
